Bling it on is a NZ owned online store, we do not have a physical premises and operate from our living rooms/bedrooms/garage/car/beach/full time job or wherever else we may be.
This means that we are not always able to respond to you instantly or during business hours specifically.
Air tracks and air products
Bling it on does not usually hold stock of air tracks and other equipments. The major reason for this is that there are soo many options for our customers to choose from and we do not want to limit your choices by what we have in stock.
This means, that we order every single airtrack order to our customers own specifications. This gives you the freedom to alter some sizing to ensure it fits into your space and enables you to choose your colour.
Air track orders take around 3-4 weeks from date of payment (this can take a few days to clear from credit card payments which does slow down the process). We then pass your order on to our manufacturer who then advise us when the order is shipped. While we give you the 3-4 weeks timeframe as a guideline we cannot guarantee or stick to this due to shipping and customs time constraints.
You can rest assured that the price you see on our website is all inclusive of manufacturing, international shipping, GST and customs clearance fees. We will arrange delivery of the airtrack to you within New Zealand (this is charged at checkout). Airtracks will come with a pump and carry bag.
returns and refunds of airtracks and air products
As these items are custom ordered we are not able to cancel and refund any air track products (once the order has been placed with our manufacturer) due to change of mind, manufacturer delays, shipping delays or any other reason. You can rest assured that despite delays all products will be delivered, we ask our customers ensure they order in plenty of time of a specific date to avoid disappointment. As stated above, we cannot guarantee any specific timeframe for these orders.
We will arrange repair or replacement to a faulty airtrack or other air product - the faulty item will need to be returned to Bling It On before any replacement can be arranged. We will reserve the right to inspect the item and discuss with our manufacturer to deem if the issue is a manufacturer fault or user error.
We can not replace for wear and tear - while these items are very durable, we are not able to ensure correct and safe use and inflation.
We have a number or different cheerleading shoe styles available for order. Due to the high demand and variation of cheer shoes available we only stock minimal styles and sizes and will order the rest to your order. As with the air tracks we endeavour to have your order with you from 2 weeks of your order - however at times this isn’t possible.
We are not able to swap or exchange cheer shoes that we suspect have been worn. If you wish to try on for sizing this is fine, however please do not wear them for extended periods of time (trainings and practice around the house is not acceptable). You will need to return to Bling It On within 7 days of the shoe arriving to you.
Faulty items - must be returned to us in order for a replacement to be organised. We will need to inspect the item and discuss with our suppliers as to whether this is a wear and tear issue or faulty product.
